Sweet Chili Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup rice vinegar
- ⅓ cup water
- ⅓ cup + 2 tbsp sugar or erythritol
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek or chili flakes
- 1½ tsp garlic
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp soy or tamari
- 2 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except cornstarch in saucepan
- Bring to a boil, then add slurry
- Simmer for 30–60 sec until thick
- Cool, store in airtight jar
